For those untimely and unwanted situations when you need to get back on the road.
For faster service, select emergency response and we will get to your call immediately. This rate applies after 5pm, and on all weekends and holidays unless otherwise quoted.
For repair work or appliance replacement that can wait, you have a choice.
We will send out a technician and provide you with a free comprehensive estimate.
This is a one-time flat rate that is due up-front. Note: This is due for every service call and project for every customer and cannot be waived. This keeps our vehicles on the road.
During normal business hours we come to you, diagnose and provide solutions.
Call for scheduling, warranty authorizations can take up to three months which can prevent work from being done.
We come to you and attempt to replicate the issue. If the issue cannot be replicated this fee is the customer responsibility.
The hourly rate for warranty work cannot be discounted.
The hourly rates shown here will be calculated upon completion of work done and recorded on final invoice.
First 15 minutes of work and up to one hour.
Every hour past the first hour will be charged at a 10% discounted rate until complete.

At the completion of service, you will be asked to sign an invoice which guarantees the labor for 90 days. Disclaimer: Service warranty is void outside of our 100-mile service area. We do not warranty third party parts. No return, no refund on special order parts.
