For repair work or appliance replacement that can wait, you have a choice. This only applies to calls that do not require further investigation or evaluation to determine the source of the problem.

Please be aware that free estimates are available exclusively for specific replacement items, such as appliances or parts. Estimates for structural projects, like roof replacements, will be calculated based on square footage.

This is a one-time fee due up-front and covers the first 30 minutes of service. Not charged for authorized warranty repairs.

During normal business hours we come to you. Mobile not to exceed 56 miles one way. First 30 minutes of service.
Hourly Service
The hourly rates shown here will be calculated upon completion of work and recorded on the final invoice.

We do Warranty & Insurance Repair
Call for scheduling, warranty authorizations can take up to three weeks which can prevent work from being done. Additional time is often required due to warranty company practices such as parts or appliance shipping.

At the completion of service, you will be asked to sign an invoice which guarantees the labor for 90 days. Disclaimer: Service warranty is void outside of our 100-mile service area. We do not warranty third party parts. No return, no refund on special order parts.
